为了研究采用硬质合金刀具加工Invar36合金时切削参数对零件加工表面质量的影响,本文采用正交试验法,设计了以径向切深、主轴转速、每齿进给速度作为主要因素的3因素3水平正交试验表,并通过极差分析法得到影响表面质量的切削参数最优组合和本试验方案的最优水平,最后采用了方差分析法和F-检验分析切削参数影响表面粗糙度的显著关系,并验证了进给速度的变化对零件的表面粗糙度有显著影响。 |

To study the influence of cutting parameters on surface quality of the parts in the Invar36 alloy milling with the carbide tool, orthogonal experiment table was designed on the basic of the radial depth of cut, spindle speed and feed per tooth as the main factor of three factors and three levels. The optimal combination of cutting parameters and the optimal level is obtained by range analysis. Finally, Variance Analysis Method and F-test was used to analyze the significant relationship between the cutting parameters and surface roughness. We also verify the change of the feed rate has a significant effect on the surface roughness of the part. |
