为了研究三角形织构对机械密封端面动压性能的影响,建立均匀分布的等腰三角形微孔的密封端面理论模型,利用有限差分法对流体动压润滑方程进行求解,获得了密封端面无量纲压力分布,并考察了三角形微孔的面积率、方向角度以及形状角度对无量纲平均压力Pav的影响。结果表明:密封端面无量纲平均压力随着面积率增大先增大后减小;三角形方向角度为90°时平均无量纲压力取得最大值且在该位置随着形状角度的增大而增大。 |

To study the influence of triangle textures on the hydrodynamic properties of mechanical seal face, a theoretical model of face seal within equally distributed triangle dimple was established. The finite difference method was utilized to calculate the hydrodynamic lubrication equation and the dimensionless pressure distribution between the face seal were obtained. The effects of the area ratio, direction angle and shape angle on the average dimensionless pressure Pav were investigated. The results show that the average dimensionless pressure first increased and then decreased with the increasing area ratio, the average dimensionless pressure obtained the maximum value when the direction angle was 90° and increasing with the shape angle also. |
