      为优化热浸提佛手瓜多糖的工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,选择提取温度、液料比、提取时间为自变量,以多糖提取率为响应值,采用Box-Benhnken 法设计三因素三水平的响应面分析实验。结果表明,最佳的提取工艺条件为:提取温度81℃、液料比20 mL·g-1,提取时间138 min。在此条件下,实际测得多糖的提取率为2.775%,与预测值相对误差为0.57%,验证了数学模型的有效性,表明该工艺条件合理可行。
英文摘要:
      The heat extraction process of polysaccharides from Sechium edule (Jacq.) Swartz was optimized by response surface methodology. Based on single factor test, a 3-factor, 3-level Box-Behnken experiment was adopted including dependent variables (extraction temperature, liquid to materials, extraction time). Results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides were followed as extraction temperature of 81℃, liquid-to-material ratio of 20 mL·g-1, extraction time of 138 min. The yield of polysaccharides could be up to 2.775% under the optimal extraction condition, the relative error was 0.57% compared to the predictive value which indicated that the feasible model fitted well with the experimental data, and the conditions were reasonable and feasible.
