      目的 分析评价井冈山产厚朴不同部位总生物碱含量。方法 采用高氯酸滴定法对井冈山产同一植株厚朴的干皮、枝皮、根皮、花、叶部位的总生物碱含量进行测定,同时比较了厚朴干皮、枝皮、根皮生品和炮制品生物碱含量。结果 厚朴干皮、枝皮、根皮、花、叶总生物碱含量分别为4.6053±0.0814、5.4734±0.1047、6.5940±0.0715、7.9546±0.0686、7.2220±0.0776mg/g,炮制品生物碱含量较生品低。结论 同一植物厚朴花中生物碱含量最高,而传统入药部位干皮中最低,且厚朴皮应以生品入药。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To analyze and evaluate the total alkaloid content of different parts of Magnolia officinalis from Jinggangshan. Methods: The total alkaloids of trunk, branch skin, root bark, flowers, leaves from the same plant were determined by using perchloric acid titration, and the contents of different parts of the plant and processed product were compared. Results: The total alkaloid contents of each part were 4.6053 ± 0.0814, 5.4734 ± 0.1047, 6.5940 ± 0.0715, 7.9546 ± 0.0686, 7.2220 ± 0.0776 mg/g respectively. The alkaloid content of processed products was lower than that of the fresh. Conclusion: The alkaloid content of the flowers was the highest in the same plant of Magnolia officinalis, but the lowest for the traditional part trunk. It was suggest that the fresh Magnolia officinalis should be used as medicine.
