      通过对重庆市区中小学学生进行为期3个半月的体质测试和问卷调查。1)从各年级学生的体质上看,在身体机能指标中,男生的肺活量增长最快,且此项的男女增长差异最大(P〈0.01);在运动素质指标中,女生的坐位体前屈指标增长最快,且此项的男女生增长差异最大(P〈0.01);在身体形态指标中,男生的体重增长最快,且此项的男女增长差异最大(P〈0.01),在环比研究中发现:男、女学生在身高、体重上均有下降趋势。2)从各年级学生的锻炼行为上看,学生的锻炼时间普遍为30-60min,且随着年级的提升锻炼时间略有增加:从锻炼地点看,三、五年级的学生主要以社区为主,初二和高二年级主要是以学校为主;从锻炼强度上看,三、五年级学生锻炼强度较小,初二和高二年级强度增大,尤以初二年级最为突出。3)从学生的锻炼期望上看,锻炼效果因子中五年级、初二、高二年级差异最大(P〈0.05);锻炼人际因子中只有高二年级男女生存在差异(P〈0.05)。4)从学生的锻炼期望因子回归上看,锻炼意识因子的贡献系数最大(β=0.127,(P〈0.01));锻炼人际因子的贡献系数最小(β=-0.009,P〉O.05)。

      Physical test & questionnaire of students of primary school & middle school in Chongqing had been carried out for 3.5 months. 1) From the physique of students in different grades, in various physical index, the vital capacity of boys grows the fastest with the biggest difference between boys and gifts (P〈0.01). In exercise quality index, sitting position body anteflexion of girls grows the fastest with the biggest difference between boys & gifts (P〈0.01). In body-shape index, the weight of boys grows the fastest, which is also the biggest differencebetween boys & girls (P〈0.01). During the chain research, the weight and height of boys & g~rls had the decreased tendency. 2) The exercise time of students in different grades: students usually take 30-60 minutes to exercise and the time increases when the grade is higher. The exercise place: students of grade three & five are focused at community while those of grade two in junior middle school & senior middle school mainly do in their schools. Exercise intensity: for the students of grade three & five in primary school, it is lower and for the students of grade two in junior middle school & senior middle school, it is higher, especially for students of grade two in junior middle school. 3)The exercise expectation: exercise effect factor is the biggest difference among grade five, grade two in junior middle school & senior middle school (P〈0.05). Interpersonal relationship factor only differ in boys & girls from grade two of senior high school (P〈0.05). 4) From the exercise expectation factors of students, exercise consciousness contributes' the most (β=0.127, (P〈0.01)) and exercise interpersonal relationship contributes the least (β= -0.009, P〉0.05).
