| 目的系统评价白芍总苷辅助治疗类风湿关节炎的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、中国知网、维普数据和万方数据,检索时间均从建库至2012年6月。收集应用白芍总苷辅助治疗类风湿关节炎的随机对照试验(RCT)。按Cochrane系统评价方法,评价纳入研究的方法学质量并提取有效数据用RevMan5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终共纳入15个RCT,包括1130例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示:①采用白芍总苷辅助治疗类风湿关节炎治疗12周的疗效优于对照组,差异有显著性[RR=1.13,95%CI(1.04,1.24),P<0.01];②治疗24周的疗效无显著性差异[RR=1.13,95%CI(0.79,1.64),P>0.05];③安全性方面:白芍总苷组的不良反应发生明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性[RR=0.66,95%CI(0.54,0.81),P<0.01]。结论采用白芍总苷辅助治疗类风湿关节炎在短期内有效,能有效地降低其他药物不良反应的发生,尤其是减轻药物的肝毒性。 |

| Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of total glucosides of paeony （TGP） for rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods： Searching was conducted in the following databases： PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP and WanFang from their establishment to June 2012. Randomised controlled trials involving TGP for patients with RA were collected. The quality of included studies was evaluated and Meta-analysis was performed. According to the Cochrane methods, valid data were picked up to be meta-analyzed by RevMan5.0 software. Results： A total of 15 studies including 1130 patients were enrolled. The meta-analysis indicated efficacy of TGP group was significant superior to that of control group after a period of 12 weeks treatment [RR=I.13, 95% CI （1.04, 1.23）, P 〈 0.01]. But no significant difference after 24 weeks treatment was observed [RR= 1.13, 95% CI （0.79, 1.64）, P 〉 0.05]. Side effect rates showed statistical significance between the two groups [RR=0.66, 95% CI （0.54, 0.81）, P 〈 0.01]. Conclusion： An adjuvant treatment with TGP for RA patients could significantly improve the efficacy in a period of 12 weeks. And it could reduce the side effects especially liver toxicity of other drugs. However, high quality RCTs with larger samples are needed for a further analysis. |
