采用交替三线性分解二阶校正法与高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器联用技术相结合,实现复杂水样中速灭威、西维因和异丙威的准确测定。色谱条件:C18柱(waters sunfire C18,150mm×4.6mm×5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(85:15),流速:0.8mL/min,柱温:25℃,检测器:waters2998 PDA二极管阵列检测器,波长范围:210~330nm。结果:预测样中速灭威、西维因和异丙威的平均回收率分别是100.1%、96.7%和96.1%。三种待测组分速灭威、西维因及异丙威的预测结果与实际结果基本一致。 |

Tsumacide,Carbaryl and Isoprocarb in water were accurately determined by alternating trilinear decomposition second-order calibration method combined with high performed liquid chromatography with diode array detection.Chromatographic conditions were set as C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),mobile phase of methanol-water(85:15),flow rate of 0.8mL/min,column temperature of 25℃,detector of waters2998 diode array detection,wavelength range of 210-330nm.The results showed that the average recoveries of Tsumacide, Carbaryl and Isoprocarb in predicted samples were 100.1%,96.7% and 96.1%,respectively.The predicted results of Tsumacide,Carbaryl and Isoprocarb were much the same as true ones. |
