      本研究了竹炭对溶液中2,4-二硝基氯苯(CDNB)的吸附行为。研究确定竹炭对CDNB的吸附平衡时间、最佳吸附pH以及吸附温度、吸附剂用量等因素对吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明:CDNB初始浓度c0=0.05mg/mL,T=298K,pH=5.0,吸附时间t=12h时,竹炭对CDNB的吸附率E可达到97.6%;用乙醇作洗脱再生剂,洗脱率可达95.2%;且脱附的CDNB可用蒸馏重结晶法回收,回收率可达86.4%。因此,竹炭是废水中CDNB吸附处理的材料。
英文摘要:
      Adsorption behavior of the bamboo- charcoal for 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene(CDNB) was studied. Effects of the absorption equilibrium time, pH, temperature and mass of absorbent on the absorption efficiency were investigated. Results showed that bamboo-charcoal could effectively remove 97.6% CDNB from aqueous solution under the conditions of Co for 0.05 mg/mL, temperature for 298 K, pH for 5.0 and time for 12 h. The regeneration percentage could reach up to 95.2 % using alcohol as elution regenerant, and the desorbed CDNB can be recovered with the rate of 86.4% by distillation rec'rystallization method. It could be concluded that the bamboo-charcoal is the better absorptive material removing CDNB from'aqueous solution.
