| 利用索氏抽提乙醇回流法获得30种植物的乙醇提取物,用滤纸圆片法分析各种植物提取物对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌两种细菌的抑制活性。结果表明,在30种植物提取物中,有14种对大肠杆菌的生长有抑制作用,有21种植物提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌的生长有抑制作用。其中,泽漆提取物对大肠杆菌的抑制作用最强,黄花蒿次之,且提取物抑制作用随浓度的升高而增强;野老鹳草提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用最强,其次是黄花蒿。而鼠麯草、泥胡菜、蒲公英、夏至草等9种植物提取物对两种细菌生长都没有抑制作用。 |

| Ethanol extracts of 30 plants were obtained by Soxhlet extractor method,their inhibition activities against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis were tested with filter paper method.The results showed that the extracts of 14 plants had inhibition activities against Escherichia coli and 21 against Bacillus subtilis among the extracts of 30 plants.The inhibitory effect of Euphorbia helioscopia extracts was the best against Escherichia coli,the second was Artemisia annua and the inhibitory effect would rise ... |
