| 目的分析136例异位妊娠诊断结果,探讨提高异位妊娠诊断率降低异位妊娠误诊的方法。方法对136例异位妊娠住院患者进行回顾性分析。结果 136例异位妊娠中128例诊断为异位妊娠,8例（8/136,5.88%）误诊为其它疾病（其中3例早期宫内妊娠,2例急性阑尾炎,2例黄体破裂,1例急性出血性盆腔炎）。结论因异位妊娠临床表现不典型,容易导致误诊。故诊断时应详细询问病史,注意其发病相关因素,详细体格检查,动态进行阴道B超及血HCG等检查,可使误诊的发生率降至最低。 |

| Objective:136 cases of ectopic pregnancy diagnosis were analyzed to study the method of improving ectopic pregnancy ectopic pregnancy diagnosis rate and reducing misdiagnosis rate.Methods:136 cases of ectopic pregnancy hospitalized patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among 136 patients with ectopic pregnancy,128 were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy,8 cases(8/136,5.88%) misdiagnosed as other diseases(3 patients as early intrauterine pregnancy,2 cases as acute appendicitis,2 cases as corpus luteum r... |
