      探讨了Al3+改性膨润土负载壳聚糖复合吸附剂的制备及用其吸附处理活性艳橙的工艺条件。研究结果表明:膨润土在Al3+为10.0g/L、搅拌2h的改性条件下吸附性能和过滤性能显著提高;当负载量为0.03g/g、复合吸附剂质量为5.0g/L在最佳条件下即pH为6、温度为25℃、转速为150r/min恒温振荡45min对初始质量浓度为9.47g/L的活性艳橙的脱色率达92%以上;复合吸附剂对活性艳橙的吸附符合朗缪尔(Langmuir)吸附等温式。
英文摘要:
      We study the preparation of Al3+ modified bentonite load chitosan composite adsorbent. Furthermore,we discuss the optimal operation condition of reactive brilliant orange adsorption. The experiment show that the property of adsorption and filtration was significant promoted,when Al3+ concentration was 10.0 g/L and stirring time was 2 h. The optimal condition was pH of 6,temperature of about 25℃ and rotated speed of 150r/min. In this condition,the decolorization of 9.47 mg/L reactive brilliant orange was more than 92% when the load,the composite absorbent and vibration time were 0.03 g/g ,5.0 g/L and 45 min respectively. The results also show that the adsorption was in accordance with Langmuir equation. The chroma of water after treatment can meet level of wastewater discharge standard《GB8978-2002》.
