| 2008年初我国南方大部分地区出现历史罕见的连续低温雨雪冰冻天气,使多条输电线路覆冰严重,导致电线断线、杆塔倾覆,由于短时间内无法恢复,最终导致电网大面积停电事故。本文通过分析低温雨雪冰冻天气对输电线路运行的影响,提出对输电线路防覆冰措施的一些防范建议。 |
