| Considering an M/M/1 queuing model with negative-customer and multiple working vacations,we draw the state transition diagram and show the infinitesimal generator. Using quasi birth and death process and matrix-geometric solution method,we get the distributions of the steady state for queue length and waiting time. Furthermore,we obtain the stochastic decomposition structures of queue length and waiting time in the stationary state and the distributions for additional queue length and additional delay. |
