      采用实时荧光定量PCR方法测定了辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici.)胁迫下辣椒抗病基因nsLTP的转录水平变化。结果表明:与对照相比,疫霉胁迫下nsLTP基因表达量随着胁迫时间延长呈现出先升高后降低再升高的变化特点,该基因在早期被诱导表达,在胁迫6h后表达量达到最大值,之后明显下降,相对表达量变化范围为2.38~15.53。

      The differential expression of nsLTP gene in pepper under Phytophthora capsici Stress was analyzed by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction.The results indicated that compared with control,nsLTP gene transcription level in pepper leaves follows a high-low-high pattern under Phytophthora capsici Stress,nsLTP gene inductively expressed in the early stage of stress,reached the peak 6 hours after treatment,and then decreased significantly.The relative expression ratios of the nsLTP gene ...
