      采用酸性混凝+高级氧化+生物接触曝气系统处理红板(江西)线路板厂有机显影废水,并通过正交实验确定最佳药剂投加量。结果表明,处理500mL显影废水的最佳工艺条件是pH为4.0,10%的PAC的投加量为3.3mL,0.2%的PAM投加量为3.4mL,10%的FeSO4·7H2O的投加量为2.7mL,30%的H2O2投加量为0.72mL,10%的Na2S投加量为4.4mL,10%的LIME投加量为7.7mL,0.2%PAM投加量为4.6mL。将最佳工艺条件应用于工程实践,处理后废水COD的值降为75mg/L,低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准中COD的最高允许排放浓度。
英文摘要:
      The acidic coagulation + high-level oxidation + biology contact aeration system were used to treat developing wastewater from Red Board(Jiangxi) LTD..The optimum operating conditions were studied by orthogonal test,which were showed as follows:a pH value of 4.0,a dosage of 10% PAC of 3.3 mL,and a dosage of 0.2% PAM of 3.4 mL in the acid treatment system,while the dosages of 10% FeSO4·7H2O of 2.7 mL,10% Na2S of 4.4 mL,10% LIME of 7.7 mL,and 0.2% PAM of 4.6 mL in the high-level oxidation system.Under these conditions,the content of COD in effluent can be reduced to 75 mg/L,reaching the first level criteria specified in "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard".
