      从长期施用有机磷农药的土壤中,以三唑磷为唯一碳源和能源,采用逐渐加量的驯化方式,分离纯化到2株对三唑磷有较好降解能力的细菌,命名为TAP-W和TAP-R。其中TAP-W菌革兰氏染色阴性,能够在30℃~40℃范围内和pH6.0~9.0范围内良好生长,其最适生长温度为35℃,最适pH为7.0。TAP-W菌在含0.1%三唑磷的无机盐培养基中(三唑磷浓度400mg/L)振荡培养72h后,对三唑磷降解率最高,达到65.9%。根据TAP-W菌株的形态特征,生理、生化特性和系统发育分析,初步鉴定其为假单胞菌属(Pseudonmonas)细菌。
英文摘要:
      Two Triazophos biodegradation bacteria strains named as TAP-W and TAP-R were isolated from the soil samples obtained in fields with frequent application in organ-phosphorus pesticides.TAP-W is a gram-negative bacterium,can grow well at 30~40 ℃ and pH 6.0~9.0,with the optimum temperature of 35 ℃ and pH of 7.0.After cultured in salt medium with 0.1% Triazophos(400mg/L) at a shaker(150 rpm) for 72 hours,TAP-W had the highest biodegradation rate of 65.9%.Based on the morphological,physiological and biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis according to its 16S rRNA gene sequences,the TAP-W strain was identified as the genus Pseudonmonas.
