| 生成式人工智能(GenAI)作为教育数字化的关键驱动力,正成为推动基础教育变革的核心力量,对小学英语教师的专业发展带来深远影响。本研究以AI-TPACK知识框架为理论基础,深入剖析GenAI赋能小学英语教师专业发展在教育理念、教师角色、教学方式及专业发展内容等方面的多维转型。研究发现,GenAI通过重构教师知识体系的动态交互关系,激活了教师的专业发展新潜能。然而,小学英语教师在拥抱GenAI赋能的同时,也面临技术素养不足、教学理念滞后、课程设计能力欠缺、评价体系不完善等多重挑战。鉴于此,研究强调需构建政府、学校与教师个体协同联动的机制,并通过分层提升技术素养、革新教学理念、强化课程设计能力与完善评价激励机制等关键路径,有效推动小学英语教师的专业发展转型。 |

| Generative Artificial Intelligence(GenAI), as a key driving force for educational digitization, is becoming a core force driving the transformation of basic education and is exercising a profound impact on the professional development of primary school English teachers. Grounded in the AI-TPACK knowledge framework, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the multidimensional transformation of GenAI in empowering primary school English teachers’ professional development in terms of educational philosophy,teacher roles, teaching methods, and professional development content. The findings reveal that GenAI activates new potential for teachers’ professional development by reconstructing the dynamic interactive relationships within their knowledge system. Nevertheless, teachers simultaneously confront challenges—including insufficient technological literacy, lagging pedagogical conceptions, inadequate curriculum design capabilities, and imperfect evaluation system—when embracing GenAI empowerment. Accordingly, the study advocates the construction of a collaborative mechanism among government, schools, and individual teachers,and proposes four critical pathways: tiered technological literacy enhancement, innovative pedagogical renewal, strengthened curriculum design capacity, and an improved evaluation incentive system, so as to effectively foster the professional development transformation of primary school English teachers. |
