| 明代婴孩类疾病中惟痘疹最厉。江西泰和人郭子章精研痘科，编撰有《博集稀痘方论》并构建了一套痘疹防治体系，为预防痘疹类疾病作出了先导性贡献。本文探讨《博集稀痘方论》的成书经过，系统阐述和总结郭子章在预防痘疹类疾病中的理论应用，重点分析不同阶段疾病预防的侧重点及使用方法。 |

| Among the infantile diseases in the Ming Dynasty, pox was the most severe. Guo Zizhang, from Taihe County in Jiangxi Province, made a pioneering contribution to pox prevention through his in-depth study of the disease, the compilation of Boji Xidou Fanglun, and the establishment of a pox prevention and control system. This paper examines the compiling process of the book and systematically expounds and summarizes the theoretical applications of Guo Zizhang’s methods in smallpox prevention. It also analyzes the priorities and methods of disease prevention across different stages of implementation. |
