      研究基于职业胜任力理论与院校支持理论,以江西省12所高等院校5758名高职大学生为调查对象,通过使用结构方程模型(SEM)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)相结合的混合研究方法,揭示了高职大学生职业胜任力的影响机制与条件组态。研究结果表明:(1)院校支持显著正向影响高职大学生职业胜任力,教师水平与专业认同在院校支持与高职大学生职业胜任力的关系中起并行中介作用,且学习投入正向调节专业认同在院校支持对高职大学生职业胜任力水平关系间的中介作用。(2)高职大学生职业胜任力生成路径包括:院校支持主导模式、教师水平主导模式、自我效能双元模式三类构型模式,共六条路径组态,且六条路径组态能够进一步验证结构方程模型分析中的假设。院校支持与教师水平是高职大学生职业胜任力前因路径组态中的核心条件,对高职大学生职业胜任力生成具有关键影响作用。据此,研究建议高职院校顶层设计校本产教融合体制机制,面向需求推动“五金”建设提质升级,构建师生双向协同生态格局。

      Based on career competency theory and college support theory, this study examines 5758vocational college students from 12 higher education institutions in Jiangxi Province. Using a mixed-methods approach combining Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) and Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA), it reveals the influencing mechanisms and conditional configurations of vocational college students’ career competencies. The findings demonstrate that:(1)College support exerts a significant positive influence on students’ career competencies, with teacher quality and professional identity serving as parallel mediators in this relationship. Furthermore, student engagement positively moderates the mediating effect of professional identity between college support and career competencies.(2)The formation pathways of vocational college students’ career competencies consist of three structural models: the college supportdominant model, the teacher quality-dominant model, and the self-efficacy dual-drive model, which comprise six pathway configurations that further validate the hypotheses in the SEM analysis. College support and teacher quality emerge as core conditions in the causal pathways, playing pivotal roles in competency development. Accordingly, vocational colleges should establish college-based industry-education integration mechanisms through top-level design, enhance the construction of “five golden elements”through demand-driven approaches, and foster a bidirectional teacher-student synergy ecosystem.
