      新时代劳动教育衍生出新内涵,同时也带来新挑战。面对内容碎片化和缺乏系统性的问题,亟需建立一个科学而规范的劳动教育体系,通过国家、社会、家庭及个人的共同努力,形成教育的合力。本着马克思主义劳动价值论的原则,结合当前的实际情况,可将劳动教育的内容系统划分为三维度六层次:价值维度,核心层旨在树立正确的劳动价值观,外围层则着重于掌握丰富的劳动知识;伦理维度,道德层致力于培养学生的劳动道德,文化层则着力塑造马克思主义的劳动文化;实践维度,基础层专注于培养学生的劳动技能,拓展层旨在提升学生的实践能力。这一内容设计将为新时代劳动教育的理论研究与实践提供参考和建议。
英文摘要:
      In the new era, labor education has expanded new connotations and simultaneously faces new challenges. It is urgent to establish a scientific and standardized labor education system to address the issues of fragmented content and the lack of systematization and to form a unified force in education with the joint efforts of the state, society, family, and individuals. In line with the principles of Marxist labor value theory and in combination with the current situation, the content of labor education can be systematically classified into three dimensions and six levels. In the value dimension, the core level aims to establish a correct labor value outlook, while the peripheral level focuses on mastering abundant labor knowledge. In the ethical dimension, the moral level is dedicated to cultivating students’ labor ethics, and the cultural level strives to shape Marxist labor culture. In the practical dimension, the basic level concentrates on fostering students’ labor skills, and the expansion level aims to enhance students’ practical capabilities.
