| 由邓子恢、张鼎丞领导的永定溪南分田贯彻了八七会议所确定的土地革命方针，发动和引导农民走上革命道路，初步满足了广大农民对于土地的迫切要求。其所制定的分田办法是以乡为单位，按人口平分，地主、富农和贫中农也同样分田，并在金砂乡试点后向全区推广施行，整个过程相对温和、顺畅，因而也受到群众的热烈拥护。此次分田虽然尚有若干不足之处，但在福建全省却属首创，也是中国共产党在闽西领导土地革命的开端，意义极为重大，为此后闽西进一步深入开展土地革命，从而制定出更为完善的土地政纲奠定了坚实基础。作为党内著名的农村工作和农民运动专家，邓子恢自参加革命之后初次涉及土地问题就是永定溪南分田。他也借此对土地革命有了更为真切的体会，初步形成了有关中国农村发展的基本看法，并在此后漫长的革命岁月中不断充实和提高。 |

| The land distribution in Xinan of Fujian Province led by Deng Zihui and Zhang Dingcheng,which implemented the policy of August 7th Conference, mobilized and guided the peasants to embark on the revolutionary road, and initially met the urgent demands of the peasants for land. The land is distributed equally according to the number of population, including landlords, rich peasants and poor and middle peasants,on the basis of township as a unit. After the pilot in Jinsha Township, it was carried out to the whole region, featuring a mild and smooth process, and was warmly supported by the masses. In spite of its imperfectness in this land distribution, as the pilot land distribution of CPC in Fujian Province, it laid a solid foundation for further deepening the land revolution in western Fujian and formulating a more complete land policy. As a well-known CPC expert on rural work and peasant movements, Deng Zihui gained a more real experience of the land revolution and initially formed basic views on China’s rural development, which he continued to enrich and improve in the long revolutionary years that followed. |
