| 算法推荐赋能高校主流意识形态话语权建构，推动主流意识形态话语传播智能化嬗变。算法推荐去中心化、泛娱乐化、圈层阻隔阻碍高校主流意识形态话语有序传播，导致技术“凌驾”于人之上，给高校主流意识形态工作带来风险挑战。仔细分析，需以主流价值驾驭算法，推动高校主流意识形态话语有序传播；以公开透明化监管规制算法，构建高校主流意识形态话语传播良好生态秩序；以智慧分发技术穿透信息茧房，推进高校主流意识形态话语智能传播；以生活化叙事推动话语表达创新，增强高校主流意识形态话语传播实效。以此夯实我国高校主流意识形态工作的领导权、管理权、话语权，维护我国意识形态安全。 |

| Algorithmic recommendation empowers the construction of mainstream ideological discourse in colleges, and promotes its dissemination via intelligent transmutation. Algorithm recommendation can also impede the transmission of mainstream ideological discourse in colleges via decentralization, panentertainment, and circle barrier, resulting in technology overriding people and bringing risks and challenges to mainstream ideological work. It is necessary to harness the algorithm with mainstream values for promoting an orderly transmission, to regulate the algorithm with open and transparent supervision, to penetrate the information with smart distribution technology, to promote innovation in discourse expression with living narrative for enhancing the effectiveness of the dissemination of mainstream ideological discourse in colleges and universities. Only by taking such measures can we ensure the leadership and management in mainstream ideological discourse in colleges, and safeguard the ideological security of China. |
