| 良好的高校网络文化生态需要主流思想舆论引领。当前主流思想舆论在引领高校网络文化产品供给、高校网络生活方式以及高校网络文化价值取向、网络治理等方面取得了一定成效，但由于一些高校存在网络文化生态监管体系薄弱、主流思想舆论引领的问题意识不够、高校协同有效的宣传体制机制不健全等问题，造成引领效果不突出、内容同质化、引领形式陈旧、引领力不足等。提升主流思想舆论的引领力，必须进一步完善监管体系，加大监管力度，遏制负面因素；不断强化问题意识，提升主流思想舆论引领的针对性；积极创新引领形式，提升主流思想舆论吸引力；不断完善体制机制，提升主流思想舆论引领合力。 |

| The building of university network cultural ecology needs to be guided by mainstream ideology and public opinion. Currently, the mainstream ideology and public opinion have achieved certain effect in the supply of cultural products, the lifestyles, the value orientation and the governance of university network culture. However, owing to the weak regulatory system, the insufficient awareness and the inadequate collaborative and effective mechanism for university network cultural ecology, weak guidance effects,homogeneous content, outdated guidance form, and weak leadership emerges. To enhance the leading force of mainstream ideology and public opinion, it is necessary to improve the regulatory system, strengthen supervision, curb negative factors, strengthen problem awareness and improve the pertinence, innovate guidance forms, enhance the attractiveness of mainstream ideology and public opinion so as to improve mechanisms and strengthen the combined leading force of mainstream ideology and public opinion. |
