| Extracts from Xi Jinping’s Discourses on Talent Work systematically summarizes seven aspects of talent work since the 18th National Congress of the Party. It inherits the Marxist-Leninist concept of talent,draws on the Party’s experience in talent work over the past 100 years, and integrates the wisdom of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, combines together Comrade Xi Jinping’s practical exploration at the local level. Its core essence covers the principle, status, purpose, cultivation, utilization, system building,environment establishment, and spirit of talent work. By promoting Marxist theory of talent, it provides practical guidelines for cultivating, gathering and utilizing talents, showcasing Chinese wisdom and solutions to global talent governance, which is of great significance. |
