| 井冈山时期，毛泽东带领党和红军克服重重困难，进行了一系列宣传、动员和服务群众的实践，赢得了人民群众的拥护和支持。新时代社会工作，在党的十八大以来的理论和实践基础中取得了显著发展，为促进社会和谐、推动社会进步做出了重要贡献。两者虽然时代背景不同，但在实践路径和精神内核上都体现了为人民服务的根本宗旨，具有内在的联系。通过吸纳井冈山时期党的群众工作的宝贵经验，新时代社会工作本土化建构过程中可以获得以下启示：首先，要坚持以人民为中心的发展思想和“人民至上”理念；其次，坚持以人民为本的工作导向，深入群众生活，响应群众需求；最后，坚持为民办实事原则，倾听群众心声，务实为民，将新时代的启示与社会工作和本土文化、环境的实际相结合，从而推动社会发展和福祉提升。 |

| Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, social work in the new era has made significant progress in theory and practice, making great contribution in social harmony, the enhancement of people’s well-being, and the promotion of social progress. The valuable experience of mass work in Jinggangshan period can provide insights to the localization of social work in the new era since the two are cohesively connected in realizing path and theoretical background. The present paper argues that, by adapting the experience of the Party’s mass work in Jinggangshan period, the following insights can be gained for the localization of social work in the new era, i.e. to adhere to the development thought of “people-centered” and the principle of “putting people first”; to maintain a people-oriented principle and to meed the needs of the masses; to adhere to the policy of working for the people and to listen to the voices of the masses. By combining these insights with the actual conditions, local culture, and environment of social work, we can promote social development and the improvement of well-being. |
