| 党群信任是实现党群关系高度和谐的基本前提。理解党群信任，要从二者互动的关系结构中认识党群信任的结构性特征，立足主体、立场、价值三个层面，深刻诠释党群信任建立的应然逻辑。通过有效的党群互动促进党群信任稳定持久，要依从党群沟通、合作、整合、认同的互动链条，明晰党群信任提升的实现机制。随着当前党群互动不断深入，巩固党群信任就要创新实践路径，通过打通党群互动契合点、增加党群互动联结点、扩大党群互动合作点，不断提升党群信任关系的适应性、稳定性、持久性。 |

| The mutual trust between the Party and the masses, as the basic premise of highly harmonious relationship, can only be realized through interactive relationship between the Party and the masses, whose structural characteristics can be understood via three levels, i.e. the subject, position and value. To promote the stability and permanency of Party-mass trust, it is necessary to follow the interactive chain of Party-mass communication, cooperation, integration and identification. With the deepening of the current interaction between the Party and the masses, it is necessary to innovate the practical path through seeking for the common interest, strengthening the connection and extending the cooperative area, for the purpose of continuously improving the adaptability, stability and durability of the trust relationship between the Party and the masses. |
