| 在社会主义现代化强国建设全局中，宣传思想工作居于不可替代的重要地位。在经济社会发展的各个领域，充分发挥宣传思想工作的统一思想认识、凝聚精神力量、培育时代新人等重要作用，既应该明确思想宣传是有客观规律的，需要遵循宣传的科学；又应该明确思想宣传的根本内容是科学理论，需要进行科学的宣传。做好新时代的宣传思想工作，要克服各种不良的学风和文风，自觉运用深入浅出、潜移默化、润物无声、和风细雨等方式方法，多用“应该”这样的引导性语言，少用“必须”这样的命令式表达，通过科学有效的思想宣传，引领党员干部和广大人民群众，自觉运用马克思主义及其中国化最新理论成果指导社会实践，凝聚起中国式现代化建设的强大力量。 |

| In the overall construction of a modern powerful socialist country, propaganda and ideological work plays an irreplaceable and important role. In the vast fields of economic and social development, propaganda and ideological work can unify ideological consensus, consolidate spiritual strength, and cultivate talents of the times. We should not only clarify that ideological propaganda is endowed with own objective laws, requiring us to follow the scientific principles of propaganda, but also that the fundamental content of ideological propaganda is a scientific theory, requesting us to scientifically publicize. To do well in the propaganda and ideological work in the new era, we should adapt simplicity in words, avoid all kinds of pretentious languages, via more employment of “should” and less forcible use of “must”. Through scientific and effective ideological propaganda, we can pool the powerful force of Chinese path to modernization by guiding Party members, cadres, and the masses to consciously use the latest theoretical achievements of Marxism and its sinicization in practice. |
