| 习近平文化思想话语是在马克思主义文化理论的基础上产生的，是在探索中国式现代化道路的历史进程中形成的，是一个不断展开的、开放式的思想体系，既肩负着新的文化使命，还深刻连接着中国与世界的文明交流。推进习近平文化思想话语建构，是展现胸怀天下的国际视野、破除西方话语霸权、构建中国话语和叙事体系的内在要求，也是促进文明交流互鉴、促进文化多样性发展的战略考量。推动习近平文化思想话语传播是一项系统性工程，需要在创新话语内容、改进叙事方式、拓展传播渠道、提升传播技术等方面协同发力。 |

| As an open and developing system, the discourse of Xi Jinping's cultural thought, based on Marxist cultural theory, and formed in the historical process of exploring the path of Chinese modernization, not only shoulders new cultural missions, but deeply connects the cultural exchanges between China and the world. The construction of Xi Jinping's cultural and ideological discourse is an inherent requirement for showcasing an international perspective with a global outlook, breaking Western discourse hegemony, and building a Chinese discourse and narrative system. It is also a strategic policy for promoting cultural exchange and mutual learning, and furthering the development of cultural diversity. Promoting the dissemination of Xi Jinping's cultural and ideological discourse is a systematic project which requires collaborative efforts in innovating discourse content, improving narrative methods, expanding communication channels, and enhancing communication technology. |
