      在论述企业跨界信息搜寻构建创新发展机会、跨界知识获取外部异质性知识推进企业创新计划的实施、跨界资源整合外部互补性资源促进企业创新目标的实现的基础上,引入组织柔性作为中介变量,构建了企业跨界创新的理论模型。通过采集252家跨界运营的企业为样本数据进行了实证研究,研究结果表明,企业跨界与组织柔性都对创新绩效有显著正向影响,且组织柔性在企业跨界与创新绩效之间起部分中介作用。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of discussing the cross-boundary information search of enterprises to construct innovation and development opportunities, the acquisition of cross-boundary knowledge to promote the implementation of enterprise innovation plans, and the integration of cross-boundary resources and external complementary resources to promote the realization of enterprise innovation goals, the theoretical model of enterprise cross-boundary innovation was constructed by introducing organizational flexibility as a mediating variable. The empirical results show that both cross-boundary and organizational flexibility exert a significant positive impact on innovation performance. And the organizational flexibility plays a partial mediating role between cross-boundary and innovation performance.
