信息化时代,职能主管作为企业的管理者,其数字化工作能力对企业的发展具有举足轻重的作用。凝聚团队力量、提升企业竞争力的关键之一在于提高职能主管工作满意度。本研究基于个人—环境匹配理论和社会认知理论,探究职能主管数字素养对其工作满意度的影响,以及工作绩效的中介作用和自我效能感的调节作用。通过对200多位职能主管的调查研究,发现职能主管数字素养与工作满意度正相关;工作绩效部分中介了职能主管数字素养与工作满意度之间的关系;职能主管的自我效能感调节了工作绩效对工作满意度的影响;低水平的自我效能感会削弱工作绩效的中介作用,存在被调节的中介效应。 |

In the information age, as the managers of enterprises, the digital literacy of functional supervisors plays a decisive role in the development of enterprises. One of the key factors to unite team strength and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is to improve the job satisfaction of functional supervisors. Based on individual-environment matching theory and social cognitive theory, this study explores the influence of digital literacy of functional supervisors on job satisfaction, as well as the mediating role of job performance and the moderating role of self-efficacy. Through the survey of more than 200 functional supervisors, it was found that the digital literacy of functional supervisors is positively correlated with job satisfaction. Job performance partially mediates the relationship between functional supervisors' digital literacy and job satisfaction; the functional supervisor's self-efficacy moderates the impact of job performance on job satisfaction; low levels of self-efficacy weaken the mediating effect of work performance, and there exists a moderated mediating effect. |
