| 从历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义视角出发，马克思恩格斯阐释了国家的本质、职能和发展规律，为马克思恩格斯国家治理思想中国化时代化提供了理论逻辑。中国共产党将马克思恩格斯国家治理思想与中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合，系统回答了国家治理中所面临的构建初期体系、改造国家性质、全面建设社会主义、追寻国家治理现代化等重大历史问题。马克思恩格斯国家治理思想在新时代得到了深刻的丰富、创新和发展，为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设提供了科学的理论指导。 |

| From the perspectives of historical materialism and dialectical materialism, Marx and Engels elucidated the essence, functions and developmental laws of the state, providing a theoretical logic for the sinicization and modernization of their thoughts on state governance. Integrating Marx and Engels’ ideas on state governance with the realities of China and the excellent traditional Chinese culture, CPC systematically addressing significant historical issues such as establishing initial state system, transforming state's nature, building a comprehensive socialism and pursuing modernization in state governance. Their idea on state governance have been profoundly enriched, innovated, and developed in the new era, offering scientific theoretical guidance for state governance system and the modernization of the state governance capabilities. |
