      随着新质生产力的不断发展,大数据、云计算、人工智能等数字技术日益成熟,为高校思想政治教育提供了全新的发展机遇。数字技术的引入,有效推动了思想政治教育的数字化、个性化和智能化进程,使其能够更加精准把握思政内容、研究思政对象、传递思政方法和评价思政实效,为思想政治教育提质增效发挥了重要作用。同时,在数字赋能高校思想政治教育的过程中,面临着数字赋能衍生的思维固化、算法偏差、信息茧房与技术伦理等问题。数字赋能高校精准思想政治教育需要在把握好数字技术和精准思政的关系基础上,形成坚持以人为本、优化算法技术和强化伦理监管的创新路径,最大限度地推动思想政治教育效果的提升。
英文摘要:
      With the constant development of new quality productive forces, digital technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence have become increasingly mature, providing new opportunities for the ideological and political education in universities. The introduction of digital technology has effectively promoted the digitization, personalization, and intelligence of ideological and political education, enabling it to be more accurate in content choice, object study, incubation methods, and effectiveness evaluation of ideological and political education. Digital technology thus played an important role in enhancing its quality and efficiency. Meanwhile, in the process of empowering ideological and political education in universities with digital technology, it still faced challenges, such as rigid thinking, algorithmic bias, information silos, and technological ethics issues. The present paper argues that, to precisely empower ideological and political education in universities through digital technology, it is essential to establish an innovative approach that emphasizes a people-centered philosophy, optimizes algorithmic technologies, and to strengthens ethical oversight, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
