| 党的十九大提出全面实施乡村振兴战略，其背景既有2008年国际金融危机消费出口疲软的外部影响，又有国内城乡融合协调发展的内生需求。乡村振兴战略提出是源自马克思、恩格斯关于城乡对立破解的思想；是对列宁、斯大林执政时期苏联推进城乡发展经验的借鉴；更是对几代中国共产党人探索现代化实践的总结。 |

| The comprehensive implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy proposed in the 19th CPC National Congress was induced not only by the external impact of weak consumption and exports caused by the 2008 international financial crisis, but by the internal demand for coordinated development of urban-rural integration in China. The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy was originated from the ideas of Marx and Engels on the resolution of urban-rural opposition. It is a lesson from the experience of the Soviet Union in promoting urban-rural development during the reigns of Lenin and Stalin. Meanwhile, it is also a summary of several generations of CPC exploration of modernization practice. |
