| 乡村文化承载着历史的记忆，是乡村振兴和现代化建设的关键要素和重要一环，尤其在提升农村精神文明、强化农民主体意识和增强文化自信等方面发挥着重要作用。面对因内外动力不足而导致的乡村文化日渐式微、因农民主体性意识淡化而导致的建设主体缺位、因公共文化服务不健全而导致的设施效能转化不足等诸多现实梗阻，实现乡村文化的现代化转型，需要深度挖掘乡村文化资源以树立乡村文化自信，建立多元主体协调联动机制以汇聚内外动力，重视农民主体地位以发挥其主动性和创造性，完善乡村文化监管机制以增强公共文化设施效能转换，从而跳出乡村文化现代化转型的实践困境，实现乡村文化秩序的有序重塑，凝聚农业农村现代化建设的乡村文化驱动力。 |

| As one of the key factors and important parts of rural revitalization and modernization, rural culture, bearing the memory of history, has played an vital role in enhancing the civilized spirit of farmers, strengthening their subjective consciousness, and improving their cultural self-confidence. Faced with practical obstacles, such as the gradual decline of rural culture owing to insufficient internal and external motivation, the absence of construction subjects due to the dilution of farmers' subjective consciousness, and the insufficiency of facility efficiency transformation due to imperfect public cultural services, it is necessary to make full use of rural cultural resources for rural cultural self-confidence, to establish a multi-subject coordination and linkage mechanism for gathering internal and external driving forces, to attach importance to farmers' vital role for giving full play to their initiative and creativity, to perfect the rural cultural supervision mechanism for enhancing the efficiency transformation of public cultural facilities so as to realize the modernization of rural culture. Getting out of those practical dilemma of rural cultural modernization transformation, we can reshape rural cultural order, and gather the driving force of rural culture for agricultural and rural modernization. |
