| 巴黎公社作为世界上首个无产阶级专政的典范,在执政期间进行的政治实验,采取了一系列的共同富裕措施,甚至成为许多后世社会主义国家进行社会主义建设所仿效的“他山之石”。在迈向第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程中,透过公报集史料的“窗口”,重回历史现场,以同机位的视角去穿越事件,把以往公社相关会议记录重新放置在现场予以重现式的厘定:从本然向度发掘公社措施中的共同富裕思想;从实然向度总结其呈现的人民性、实践性、全面性等本真特征;在应然向度,要从创造丰厚的社会财富、夯实基本经济制度、优化收入分配制度、完善社会保障体系、双富裕同频共振等方面借鉴其经验,发掘它的指导价值,对于努力推进中国式现代化的共同富裕目标,具有重要理论价值和现实意义。 |

| As the world's first model of the dictatorship of the proletariat, the Paris Commune carried out a series of political experiments during its reign, adopted a series of measures for common prosperity, and even became the guideline emulated by many later socialist countries in their construction. In the new journey towards the second centenary goal, basing on the communique collection of historical materials in the onsite historical scene and event, the present paper explores the idea of common prosperity in the in original details; to summarize its true characteristics such as people's nature, practicality and comprehensiveness from the reality dimension. We argue that, based on the previous Paris Commune experience, we should develop productive forces, consolidate the basic economic system, optimize the income distribution system, and improve the social security system, of which lies its guiding and theoretical value for striving to promote the common prosperity goal of Chinese path modernization. |
