| 党的十八大以来,习近平站在“两个大局”和推进文化自信自强的战略高度,就红色文化发表了一系列新观点、新论断、新要求和新举措,为新时代弘扬红色文化、建设文化强国和中华民族现代文明指明了方向。习近平关于红色文化的重要论述,内涵丰富,系统深刻,具有深厚的理论渊源和明确的实践向度,是继承马克思主义革命文化思想、赓续党的历代领导人红色文化思想和汲取中华优秀传统文化精华的结果,并通过“利用好红色资源,发扬好红色传统,传承好红色基因”这三个向度加以践行。文章结合学习党的二十大报告和习近平对宣传思想文化工作的重要指示精神,探讨了习近平关于红色文化重要论述的理论渊源和实践向度,并将其鲜明特征概括为革命性、政治性、人民性、时代性和创新性。 |

| Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping, standing on the strategic height of "two big situations" and promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement, has published a series of new views, assertions, requirements and initiatives on red culture, which points out the direction of promoting red culture, building a cultural powerhouse and the modern civilization of the Chinese nation in the new era. Xi Jinping's important exposition on red culture is rich in connotation, systematic in logic and profound in thought. It is endowed with profound theoretical origin and explicit practical orientation, as a result of inheriting Marxist revolutionary cultural thought, the red cultural thought of successive leaders of the Party, and drawing on the richness of Chinese excellent traditional culture. It is practiced through the three orientations, i.e. making good use of red resources, carrying forward red traditions, and inheriting red genes. which are "making good use of red resources, carrying forward red traditions, and inheriting red genes". Joining together with the study of the report of the 20th Party Congress and Xi Jinping's important instructions on propaganda, ideology and culture, the present paper explores the theoretical origin and practical orientation of Xi Jinping's important instruction on red culture, and summarizes its distinctive features as revolutionariness, politicality, people-orientation, contemporariness and innovativeness. |
