      推动家校社形成高质量协同育人共同体是今后较长时期基础教育改革的重点任务。近年来,家校社协同育人的法治保障更加健全、基础教育改革实践价值逐渐明晰、制度框架不断完善、服务基础教育的能力不断增强, 为建设高质量协同育人共同体夯实了政策基础、实践基础、治理基础和能力基础。但是,面对新形势、新使命和新要求, 家校社协同育人共同体建设在信任、制度、支持保障、发展均衡等方面遭遇困境。推动家校社形成高质量协同育人共同体, 需要增强协同互信,促进家校社达成育人共识;完善制度规范,建立系统持续的协同育人机制;加大支持保障,构建优质教育资源共享机制;坚持普遍性与特殊性相结合,促进均衡发展。
英文摘要:
      Building a community of high-quality cooperative education among families, schools, and society is the key task of basic education reform in the future. In recent years, the improved legal protections of family-school-society cooperative education, the clearer practical value of basic education reform, the developing institutional framework and the strengthened capability to serve basic education have laid a solid foundation in terms of policy, practice, governance, and capability for building a community of high-quality cooperative education. However, in the face of the new situation, new mission and new requirements, the community of family-school-society cooperative education has encountered dilemmas in trust, system, support and guarantee, and balanced development. To boost the development of the education community, it is necessary to take the following measures: enhance cooperation and mutual trust among the three subjects to reach a consensus on education; improve the institutional system to establish systematic and continuous cooperative education mechanism; increase support and guarantee to build a mechanism for sharing high-quality educational resources; and promote balanced development by combining universality with particularity.
