| 我国已进入扎实推进共同富裕的历史阶段,促进共同富裕最艰巨最繁重的任务在农村,发挥乡土产业能人反哺家乡和带动乡邻的引领作用,是实现我国农民农村共同富裕的必然要求。基于江西J市的调研发现,乡土产业能人可通过促进产业发展与收益共享、助力公益慈善与困弱帮扶等带动小农户走向物质共富,可通过推动传统延承与文化创新、发挥示范作用与价值引领等带动小农户走向精神共富。乡土产业能人的作用受到带动能力、带动机制、农户回应等因素影响,需从强化外部支持、提升带动能力,完善利益联结、激发带动动力,优化农户回应、提升带动质量等制定精细化对策。 |

| With China’s entering the historical stage of promoting common prosperity, it is of high necessity to make full play the native industrialists’ leading role to help the neighbors for the realization of common wealth in rural areas, where comes the most arduous and burdensome task. The present research, on the basis of a case study of J city in the agricultural province of Jiangxi, found that the native industrialists can promote material common wealth through industrial development and interest sharing, public welfare and charity, and poverty and weakness alleviation. Meanwhile, they can promote spiritual common wealth through traditional inheritance and cultural innovation, leading role and demonstration effect, and value orientation. Factors that affect the leading role of the local industrialists include driving ability, driving mechanism, and farmers’ response. Refined countermeasures are needed to establish, including strengthening external support, improving driving ability, building mutual interest bond, stimulating driving motivation, and optimizing farmers’ response. |
