| 马克思基于唯物史观,揭示城乡关系从分离、对立到融合发展的客观规律,形成了系统性的城乡融合思想。他强调城乡融合既需要生产力发展奠定的物质条件,也离不开生产关系变革形成的社会基础。这与西方城乡关系思想在逻辑基础与价值取向上存在根本性差异,也形成了不同的实践指向。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记继承与发展马克思城乡融合思想,在制度建设、公共服务等领域采取具体措施推动城乡融合发展进程。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中,需通过完善运行机制、优化公共服务体系等措施,进一步提升城乡融合水平,为共同富裕进程提供有力支撑。 |

| Karl Marx, on the basis of historical materialism, revealed the objective law of the urban-rural relations from separation, opposition to integration and formed the theory of urban-rural integration. He stressed that, the rural-urban integration depends not only on the material basis of productive power development, but on the social condition of transformation in productive relations, which is totally different from the western rural-urban relation in terms of logic relationship and value orientation. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the urban-rural integration in China is promoted through adapting specific measures in the area of public services and mechanism reform on the basis of the inheritance and development of Marx’s urbanrural integration thought. In the process of building modern socialist country in a comprehensive way, it is important to enhance the level of urban-rural integration through mechanism reform and prioritizing public services, which can provide strong support for common prosperity. |
