| 意识形态话语创新构成我国意识形态自我超越的生长机制，在提升党的公信力、凝聚社会向心力、巩固国家掌控力等方面尤为重要。新时代我国意识形态话语建构的一个鲜明特征就是守正创新。守正创新是对以标新立异、另起炉灶为标志的偏差的破除。其实质在于以马克思主义基本原理为根基，开创当代中国马克思主义话语体系；以中华优秀传统文化为底色，创造性转化与创新性发展传统文化话语；以当代中国现实为指向，谱写独具“中国问题意识”的时代华章。新时代我国意识形态话语权来自对话语主题的深入拓展、对话语议题的主动创设、对话语导向的积极重塑。重申新时代我国意识形态话语守正创新的品格，是批驳外界误读中国改革开放四十余年的有力方式，也能够使我们敏锐地捕捉到话语主体的真实处境及其所生活的时代镜像，更好地认清中国共产党的执政方向，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”。 |

| The innovation of ideological discourse constitutes the growing mechanism of China's ideological self-transcendence, which is particularly important in enhancing the Party's credibility, condensing social centripetal force, and consolidating national control. In the new era, one of the distinctive features of the ideological discourse construction in China is to "Upholding Fundamental Principles and Breaking New Ground".It includes three-fold meanings:(1)taking the basic principles of Marxism as the foundation, abandoning one-sided pursuit of innovation, and creating the discourse system in contemporary Chinese Marxism; (2)creatively transforming and developing traditional cultural discourse based on the excellent traditional Chinese culture; (3)creating a discourse with the characteristics of "Chinese problem consciousness" by taking the social reality of China as the guiding line. The China's ideological discourse power in the new era derives from the expansion of discourse themes, the active creation of discourse topics, and the positive re-directing of discourse language. Upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground of China's ideological discourse can be a powerful way to correct misunderstanding of the achievements of China's reform and opening up over 40 years by the foreign countries. It enables us to keenly capture discourse subject at the current time, to better understand the CPC governance direction, strengthening the "Four Consciousnesses", adhering to the "Four-sphere Confidence", and achieving the "Two Upholds". |
