| “三个务必”作为党的二十大提出的最新论断，是推进党的二十大擘画的宏伟蓝图变为现实的必然要求。牢记“三个务必”以马克思主义人民性和革命性的科学指导、党对“两个务必”的继承发展和全面建设社会主义现代化强国的现实诉求为逻辑理路。在科学内涵方面，牢记“三个务必”蕴含了中国共产党人对理想信念和性质宗旨的坚守，是中国共产党勇于自我革命的责任担当和推进反腐败斗争的重要内容，系统回答了新时代“斗争对象”“为谁斗争”“靠谁斗争”“如何斗争”的问题、彰显了全面建设社会主义现代化国家的战略清醒。推进全党牢记“三个务必”必须要以思想建设为基础，以制度建设为保障，以能力建设为支撑。 |

| "Three Imperatives, as the latest guidance put forward on the 20th CPC National Congress, is an essential requirement for turning the grand blueprint designed in the 20th CPC National Congress Report into reality. Bearing in mind the "Three Imperatives", based on the scientific guidance of people-orientedness and revolutionism in Maxism, is logic path of the Party's inheritance and development of the "Two Imperatives", and the realistic demands of building a modern socialist strong country in all respects. In terms of the scientific connotation, "Three Imperatives" reflects the adherence to ideals, beliefs, and gist of the CPC members, demonstrates the CPC's responsibility to conduct self-revolution and fighting against corruption. It systematically answers the questions of "who the enemies are", "who to fight for", "on whom to fight" and "how to fight" in the new era, and highlights the strategic consciousness of building a modern socialist country in all respects. To bear in mind the "Three Imperatives" for all CPC members, it is necessary to take the ideological construction as the foundation, the institutional construction as the guarantee, and the capacity building as the cornerstone. |
