| 劳动幸福观是指在马克思主义指导下人在劳动中可以展现自己的类本质，并通过劳动改变自身和改造世界，激发出对幸福追求的坚定和超越的精神信念，进而将内在对幸福追求的精神信念落实到外在的劳动上，将理想提升为现实。大学生的劳动幸福观是指大学生对劳动幸福的根本看法和态度。大学生的劳动幸福观教育是大学生劳动幸福观的诊断和修正。对大学生进行劳动幸福观教育，就是教育引导他们主张“因劳称义”，以劳动创造作为价值判断标准，信奉幸福是奋斗出来的；信守“劳有所获”，形成劳动正义的机制体制，劳动付出与劳动回报合理、成比例；坚信“劳动本身具有幸福感”。那么，加强马克思主义劳动幸福观教育、理论灌输与实践体验相互贯通、营造积极的劳动幸福育人环境是教育引导大学生崇尚诚实劳动进而从幸福与情怀的角度较为全面而系统地理解并践行科学的劳动幸福观的路径选择。 |

| The concept of labor felicity means that under the guidance of Marxism, labor reflects essence of human beings, and human beings can change themselves and transform the world through labor, stimulate the firm spiritual belief in the pursuit of felicity, which is further integrated with the external labor, and make it come to true. The college students' view of labor felicity refers to their attitudes towards labor felicity. The college student education of labor felicity is to develop and navigate their view of labor felicity. It aims to guide them to advocate "justice by work", take labor creation as the standard of value judgment, believe that happiness is the result of struggle, adhere to the principle of "those who work will gain", and form a mechanism system of labor justice. Let college students know that people are reasonably paid for the work they do, and that labor itself has a sense of felicity. Therefore, strengthening the education of Marxist labor felicity, integrating theoretical indoctrination and practical experience, and creating a positive labor felicity education environment are good methods to educate and guide college students to advocate honest labor and then comprehensively and systematically understand and practice scientific labor felicity from the perspective of felicity and emotion. |
