| 起源于18世纪西方的“文明”概念，强调了现代与传统的对立，且具有普世性特征，实质表达的是新型资产阶级政治经济和文化诉求。唯物史观揭示了历史发展与文明演进具有连续性与断裂性、普遍性与多样性特征。中国特色社会主义创造的人类文明新形态，作为社会主义新文明的当代中国形态，突破了以资本为核心的西方现代文明话语，创造了现代文明叙事新话语，这是中国特色社会主义道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信的理论体现和话语表达。中国特色社会主义创造的人类文明新形态，既吸收了人类一切文明的优秀成果，更是马克思主义与中国具体实际以及中华优秀传统文化相结合的产物，体现了人类文明发展的方向。 |

| The concept of civilization, originated from the West in the 18th century, emphasizes the opposition between modernity and tradition. It has universal characteristics, and essentially expresses demands of the new bourgeoisie in politics, economy and culture. The materialist conception of history reveals that the historical development and civilization evolution have the characteristics of continuity and fracture, universality and diversity. The new form of human civilization created by socialism with Chinese characteristics, as the contemporary Chinese form of a new socialist civilization, breaks through the discourse of modern western civilization with capital as the core, and creates a new narrative discourse of modern civilization. It is the theoretical embodiment and discourse expression of the confidence in the path, theory, system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has not only absorbed the fine achievements of all human civilizations, but also is the product of the combination of Marxism with China's realities and fine traditional Chinese culture. It reflects the direction of human civilization. |
