| 用好红色资源赓续红色血脉，是中国共产党人应对新的“赶考答卷”提出的新理念新方略，也是关系党和国家事业发展全局的战略任务。新时代，中国共产党发扬历史主动精神，推动变革性实践，取得标志性成果，用好红色资源赓续红色血脉不断开辟新境界，取得了宝贵的历史经验，主要包括：立足国家长治久安的战略全局认识重大意义，运用辩证思维推进实践创新，坚持以人民为中心的发展思想标定价值取向，加强法治建设强化“刚性约束”，坚持党的全面领导提供根本保障。 |

| Making good use of the red resources and preserving the revolutionary heritage is a new idea put forward by the CPC in response to the new mission, as well as a strategic mission related to the overall development of the Party and the country. In the new era, the CPC has carried forward the spirit of historical initiative, promoted transformative practices, and achieved significant achievements. Besides, the CPC made good use of the red resources and preserved the revolutionary heritage to open up a new horizons, gained valuable historical experience, which mainly include:understanding the significance of the strategic overall situation of long-term peace and order, applying dialectical thought to promote practical innovation, adhering to the value orientation of taking the people first, strengthening "rigid restraint" through legal construction, and maintaining the leadership of the Party in all aspects to provide fundamental protection. |
