| 中国共产党精神谱系既有客观演进规律，又需要主体的积极建构。习近平总书记以高度的历史自觉，厘清和充实了革命精神谱系的整体链条，以红色基因贯通、以初心使命统摄中国共产党精神谱系，身体力行充实中国共产党精神谱系基本链条；以高度的理论自觉，强调自我革命精神、斗争精神和英雄精神，揭示出中国共产党精神谱系的基本特质；以高度的实践自觉，阐明中国共产党精神谱系与制度体系的耦合关系，强调补足理想信念之“钙”，抓住“关键少数”，引导青年成长成才，实现了中国共产党精神谱系对国家治理体系的功能性嵌入，推动了中国共产党精神谱系在中国特色社会主义新时代的创新性发展。 |

| The genealogy of the spirit of the Communist Party of China has an objective law of evolution and requires the active construction of the subject. First, with a high historical consciousness, Xi Jinping has clarified and enriched the overall chain of the genealogy of the revolutionary spirit, through which red gene runs, and that the original aspiration dominates. Second, with a high theoretical consciousness, he emphasizes the spirit of self revolution, struggle and heroism, and reveals its basic characteristics. Third, with a high practical consciousness, he clarifies the relationship between the spiritual genealogy of the CPC and the institutional system, pays more attention to stand firm in support of ideals and beliefs, grasps the key minority, and guides the growth of young people. In this way, he put spiritual genealogy of the CPC into the national governance system and promotes the innovative development of the CPC spirit in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
