| 在新时期的城乡统筹发展思路下，社会工作为何有必要服务于农村社区治理，社会工作如何介入农村社区建设，这是亟须研究的问题。本研究分析与反思社会工作理论与模式在农村社区治理中的运用与不足，进而剖析了社会工作与农村社区治理之间的契合关系，对社会工作在乡村振兴战略背景下农村社区治理的实务工作介入途径进行探索。 |

| Under the background of urban-rural integration development in the new era, it's necessary to think over why and how to integrate social work into rural community governance and construction. This paper tries to analyze the application of social work theory and model in rural community governance and its deficiency, and the relationship between social work and rural community governance, and then explore the way to integrate social work into rural community governance under the background of rural revitalization. |
