| The Resolution passed in the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) proposed "two establishment" for the first time. The "two establishment" is a major historical achievement that results from the great experience of the CPC in hundred years' struggle, and highly reflects the political leadership of the CPC since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Its generation logic consists of such elements as the times, theory, history and practice. In the new era, it implies the Party and the people's internal needs to realize the Chinese dream; theoretically, it includes the core of leadership, leaders and ideological theory of the CPC in power; historically, it witnesses the importance of the core of the CPC's authority; practically, it shows the integrity, innovation and self revolution of the CPC. The elements like times, theory, history, and reality are logically linked with each other, which shows the stable political cohesion, harmony, and historical influence of the CPC. |
