| 人民是历史的主体，是推动历史前进和社会变革的最终决定性力量。马克思主义者以及诸多思想家从各个维度深刻论述了人民主体性以及人民对于取得、巩固政权的重要作用。从《井冈山土地法》制定的时代背景及该法文本自身，可以解读出解决当时矛盾日益激化的土地占有及收益分配等问题，能够赢得占人口绝大多数的农民的由衷拥戴，从而为中国共产党带领人民取得胜利奠定重要基础。在新的历史时期，应当继续坚持以人民为中心，全面推进依法治国等基本方略，切实维护人民的合法权益。 |

| People are the main body of history and the ultimate decisive force to promote historical progress and social change. Marxists and many thinkers deeply discussed the people's subjectivity and people's important role in obtaining and consolidating political power from various dimensions. From the background of the formulation of the "Jinggangshan Land Law" and the text of the law itself, it can reflected the fact that in solving the problems of land posscssion and income distribution that were increasingly intensified at that time, winning the sincere support of farmers who accounted for the vast majority of the population, thus laying an important foundation for the CPC to lead the masses to win victory. In the new historical period, we should continue to adhere to the concept of taking people first, comprehensively promote the rule of law and other national policies, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people. |
