| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC), General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the strategic deployment ofcomprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline, The logical starting point required by the times, the country and the construction and development of political parties is the organic unity of theoretical logic,historical logic and cultural logic, which reflects the deep understanding of the Marxist Leninist thought of governing the party,the summary and innovation of the experience of Chinese Communists in governing the party, and the creative transformation of the thought of governing the country and government in the excellent traditional Chinese culture, which enriches the Marxist theory of Party Construction in terms of theory, path and value, This paper reveals the value of managing the party from the law of systematicness, contradiction and quality exchange. |
