| 粮食关乎国计民生。保障粮食安全始终是治国安邦的头等大事，高质量发展粮食生产是提升国家粮食安全能力水平的重大举措。江西省吉安市素有“赣中粮仓”的美誉。为了保障国家粮食安全，繁荣地方经济，巩固吉安市“赣中粮仓”的地位，在新时代背景下，吉安市委市政府应在保护耕地、良种应用、科技创新、规模生产、塑造品牌、人才培育、社会服务、完善政策等方面聚焦用力，加快推进粮食生产高质量发展，使粮食产业真正成为强市富民特色产业、乡村振兴支柱产业，为保障国家粮食安全做出新的更大贡献。 |

| Food is related to national economy and people's livelihood. Ensuring food security has always been a top priority in governance and national security, and high-quality development of food production is a major measure to improve China's capacity for food security. Ji'an city of Jiangxi province is known as the "granary of central Jiangxi province". In order to ensure national food security and prosperity of the local economy in the new era, it's better for the Ji'an municipal government to pay more attention on protection of cultivated land, cultivation of good varieties, scientific and technological innovation, scale production, brand, talent cultivation, social services, policy improvement, and accelerate the high quality development of local food production. In this way, we can make the grain industry a specific industry that is beneficial to the well-being life of the local people, to improve rural revitalization, and to make greater contributions to ensuring national food security. |
